Lifetime Warranty

England Diamond’s products are 100% warrantied to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. In the event that there is a problem with your purchase, it can be returned to our designated service location for inspection (see process here). If the problem is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. You may also send your jewellery to our office for cleaning at any time during the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. However, we would be happy to repair your jewellery at cost for damage not covered by this warranty.
