Every loose diamond purchased from England Diamond is inspected by a diamond professional prior to shipment to ensure it matches the description provided on our website and in the diamond's accompanying GIA certificate. England Diamond guarantees that the diamond you receive will be exactly as represented in the GIA report (which you can obtain and review prior your purchase). If it is not, England Diamond will refund you the entire purchase price, plus GBP 50 (or USD 70, RMB 500, HKD 600,).

GIA does not identify hearts and arrows pattern in its reports, so if you decide to purchase one of our ED Grade diamond, we will forward you a picture of the diamond’s hearts and arrows pattern as viewed through our observer tool for your evaluation. Once you confirmed that the shape of hearts and arrows are indeed of the desired shape and symmetry, you will then be able to place the order with peace of mind.  However, we do not provide refund based on dissatisfaction of the hearts and arrows pattern by the customer, since this is a subjective judgment.
