Pick up your goods at England Diamond's counter, or make use of our shipping services.  Here are the shipping methods you may choose from:

1. Self Pick Up in Hong Kong

Visit our England Diamond's Pick Up and Goods Inspection counter at Central, Hong Kong (next to the Central MTR station exit), from Monday to Friday during work hours, or we may arrange delivery to your designated location during weekend, holidays, and after office hours.  Our customer respresentative will contact you once your goods is ready, and you may decide later how and where you want to pick up your goods.

For extra safety, you will be required to present your ID card to ensure the goods is picked up by the right person.

2. Ship via Federal Express

This is a great shipping method for customers who reside outside of Hong Kong.  We provide free insurance for your shipment via Federal Express.   Your shipment cost will be charged accordingly during the check out process, and the rate depends on the destination of your country.  Customers are also responsible for all tax and handling fees charged by local authorities, customs, and Fedex.  

For extra safety, you'll need to provide the last 6 digits of your ID card for personal identification so as to ensure goods get delivered to the right recipient.  Note also, for further safety purpose, we only arrange goods delivered to a Fedex service counter nearest to your shipping address, instead of having it delivered directly to your door.
