Ring Sizing & Free Resizing

By taking the following 3 steps, we ensure your chosen ring will fit your finger or that of the recipient perfectly.

Step 1: Print out our ring sizer.

Use it to measure your finger, or an existing ring. Downloadthe “ED Ring Sizer” pdf file, and measure your finger size as precisely as you can by following the instructions provided. Then, select your size on the pull down menu next to the product before you add to cart.

If you are buying the ring for a marriage proposal, or as a surprise gift for the recipint, but do not know her size, then please read the following article How to Obtain Her Ring Size without Asking. If you are an international customer, use the table in the pdf file to double check the measurement in millimetres. Then, contact our representative and we will advise you of the size number you should input at the time of purchase.

Step 2: Use the solid, metal rings to confirm your size

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you a range of solid, metal rings of different sizes (similar to those used by regular jewellery stores) so you may try them on your finger or compare with an existing ring to recheck the size. You can even choose a half size if it falls between two ring sizes. After you have made your choice, please contact us at your earliest convenience, ideally within the same day, so that we can arrange the order as quickly as possible.

Step 3: If you would like to make amendments after the initial purchase, use our free resizing service.

After you have received your new ring, you may have a change of heart about the actual size. In the event you need a slight alteration, you may return the ring to us to take advantage of our free resizing service.

Please note, however, this resizing service can only be utilised to alter your ring size within the range of one larger, or one smaller size, as many of our styles are precision-made. Extra charges may be applicable for resizing beyond this range - especially if the style requires setting additional diamonds or adding extra gold.
