In the unfortunate situation where you decide to cancel your order due to delivery time or stock availability issue, you may do so within 1 day after you placed your order, given the product has not been shipped.  There is no charge for cancellation.

The diamond and jewellery items you buy from us will be protected under our Life Time Warranty, so you do not need to worry about product defect issue if it ever happens (which is extremely rare).

However, since all the products we sell are unique and custom-made just for you, we therefore will not be able to accept any return or refund of product.
