Once you have placed your order, we will contact you within 1 working day aboutthe best possible ship time. If you are not satisfied with our shipment time, you may cancel your order within 1 day after your order has been placed via a clear email notice to service@EnglandDiamond.com. We will then refund your payment accordingly within 7 - 10 working days.

Shipment Methods

  • Pick up your goods at England Diamond’s Service Counter in Hong Kong
    a. Visit our office in ED_SHORT_ADDRESS, for goods inspection and pick-up.
    b. For added security, we need to check your ID card at our pick up point.
    c. With your written authorization, you may appoint another person to pick up the goods for you.
  • Deliver via Fedex (free insurance provided)
    a. For security and import duties reason, international delivery is only applicable to order amount below HK$5,000.​
    b. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges, and all tax & handling fees incurred by Fedex, local authorities, and customs.​
    c. Please provide the last 4 digits of the recipient’s ID to ensure goods is safely delivered to the right person.
